Tooling Design
Our design engineers work with AutoCAD and UG7.5, incorporating tooling design solutions to prevent defects from the design phase onwards. We also carry out moldflow simulations to identify potential problems during the entire injection molding process, ensuring minimal defects and reducing variability in the processes. Before proceeding with fabrication, our team supplements a thoroughly-analysed DFM taking into consideration your requirements.
Tooling Fabrication
We combine techniques accumulated through the years and range of extensive experience with a large range of products to create a product best-fit for your needs. At Hansin, we adhere strictly to quality processes and believe in full transparency of the specifications of our products. From tooling fabrication to FA, the whole process takes just 8 weeks for a typical precision part.
