Hansin RIM

A process for Polyurethane (PU) molding, Reaction Injection Molding holds many advantages, allowing for designs that require complexity and creativity. Hansin commenced operations for RIM in 2015, specialising in Medical and Biotechnology parts which require stringent quality and design needs. Currently, PU is replacing many plastic parts of several biomedical equipment as it can be structurally and fundamentally stronger than other common materials.

Hansin works with Cannon Italy's RIM machine (6-8kg max. shot weight) and Baydur 110 (Covestro Germany) as raw material, to execute complex and intricate designs whilst ensuring quality. We will be with you throughout the process, together, as we work through from the design phase to DFM and fabrication to realise quality and cost-effective products through collaborative efforts.
