Since 2008 we have grown from a mold maker into an end-to-end manufacturing partner for medical, diagnostic and life-science instrument makers, with engineering, tooling, molding, machining, painting and assembly under one team.
Who we are
Broad capability, one accountable team
Hansin operates multiple manufacturing facilities in Asia, giving customers a flexible footprint across tooling, molding, CNC machining, painting and assembly.
Seamless project oversight. Each programme is run by one project team, from DFM review and tooling through first articles, painting and delivery, so you have a single point of contact from start to finish.
Customer-focused engineering support. We help address moldability early through structure and material optimisation, support prototype iterations and testing, and make prototypes that fit with mating parts and show final-product aesthetics.
Certified management systems. We are certified to ISO 13485 for medical device quality, ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, and hold UL QMMY2 for PU-RIM production. View our certifications.

Founded
Started as a mold maker and obtained ISO 9001.

Expanded into CNC machining for parts production.

Injection molding
Expanded into plastic injection molding and production.

Reaction injection molding
Set up reaction injection molding (RIM), plus machining for prototyping.
- 2016
UL QMMY2
Attained UL QMMY2 for PU-RIM production.
- 2019
Machining & metrology
Added new CNC machinery and CMM inspection.
- 2022
In-house spray-painting shop opens
Opened our in-house spray-painting shop, then attained ISO 13485:2016.

Assembly & blow molding
Expanded into high-level assembly and blow molding.
