Capabilities & services
Made, finished and inspected by one partner
Molding with in-house tooling, industrial painting and finishing, CNC machining, die casting and sheet metal. One accountable partner from design-for-manufacture to painted, assembly-ready parts.
01 · Molding
Plastic injection & PU-RIM molding, with in-house tooling
We design and build the molds ourselves, then mold, finish and inspect the parts, so tool changes and part quality stay under one roof.
- Plastic injection molding on presses from 50 to 400 tonnes
- PU reaction injection molding (PU-RIM), UL QMMY2 qualified
- Flame-retardant PU-RIM in Covestro Baydur 110 FR-2N, rated UL 94 V-0
- Structural foam molding and blow molding (1 to 12 L)
- Molded parts painted, assembled and inspected in-house

Large, complex panels without large-tonnage tooling
Reaction injection molding suits medical and diagnostic instrument dress panels that are large, with uneven wall thickness and complex features. It is ideal for high-mix, low-volume programmes.
- 1 to 1.4 mSample part lengths
- EAU < 2,000Ideal annual volumes
- ~45%Lower tooling cost than conventional injection tooling
- 60–80%Lower energy than large-tonnage injection molding
Also: low-temperature molding (60–65 °C), overmolding, low warpage and reduced VOC.
02 · Painting & finishing
Custom industrial painting & finishing
Our in-house spray-painting shop, opened in 2022, takes parts straight from molding or machining into a controlled finishing process, without a third-party hand-off.
- Liquid wet-spray painting and powder coating
- Molded and PU-RIM parts, CNC-machined components, sheet metal and instrument enclosures, including large panels
- Two-tone and multi-colour finishes with precision masking
- Matte, satin, gloss and textured finishes, colour-matched to your standard

Coating processes
- Liquid wet-spray painting
- Powder coating
- Matte, satin, gloss and textured finishes
- Prototype finishes that represent production aesthetics
Controlled process
- Dedicated, controlled paint booths
- Masking for two-tone and multi-colour parts
- Documented finish standards from first article to repeat orders
Colour & finish checks
- Instrumental colour measurement
- Matching to RAL, Pantone or your master sample
- Gloss and coating thickness measurement
- Adhesion testing and cosmetic inspection
Printing & post-finish
- Silk-screen logo printing
- Engraving
- Surface treatment
- Assembly after painting
Logo & Graphics Printing
Logos, labels and graphics are silk-screen printed onto finished panels in-house, so parts arrive fully branded and ready for assembly.

Every finish is measured, not just looked at
Painted parts are checked for colour, gloss, coating thickness and adhesion, then visually and profile-inspected on custom fixtures before assembly or shipment.

03 · CNC machining
CNC Machining (milling & turning)
Production and prototype machining of metal and plastic parts, from precision components to large structural pieces.
- 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining centres
- CNC turning, including turn-mill
- Metals and engineering plastics
- Large-part machining with travel up to 2000 × 900 × 800 mm
- Machined parts painted and assembled in-house

04 · Die casting
Die Casting
We do not cast in-house. Die-cast parts are produced by qualified, managed casting partners, while Hansin coordinates the tooling and handles the steps around the casting, so you still deal with one supplier.
- Die-cast design support and tooling coordination
- CNC machining of cast parts
- Finishing and painting
- Quality control under our ISO 13485 system

05 · Tooling & project management
Tooling Design & Project Management
Our engineers address moldability early, through structure and material optimisation, then design and build the tools in-house. One project team keeps your programme on track from RFQ to production.
- Engineering DFM and product R&D support
- Design & modelling, mold-flow analysis and fill simulation
- In-house mold fabrication, including RIM molds up to L1420 × W880 × H645 mm
- Rapid prototyping by machining, with production-representative paint finishes

06 · Sheet metal
Sheet Metal Fabrication & Stamping
Sheet metal parts for enclosures and structural components, finished in our own paint shop and integrated into assemblies. The metal, the plastic and the paint all come from one coordinated supply chain.

Assembly & testing
Since 2023 we also offer high-level assembly, so painted panels, molded parts and machined components can leave us as tested sub-assemblies.
